The organization is asking the German brand to offer a solution to buyers who have this problem after updating their vehicle.
According to the drivers tell us, they say they hear noises in the vehicle, higher fuel consumption and lower engine power, assuming a large cost of mechanics and consumption.
The multinational indicates that any user who has this problem is directed to the OCU to file a formal complaint and that the company will study case by case to respond to requests.
