Do you know that on New Year’s Eve more than 500,000 people move simultaneously? From 3:00 pm on this Wednesday, the DGT starts the second phase of the special Christmas device. This special road safety operation will conclude at midnight on Monday, January 2, and will regulate and monitor the safety of Spanish drivers.
In this same weekend, the Directorate General of Traffic will intensify the speed controls and alcohol and drugs to drivers to prevent consumption, coinciding in these dates celebrations and parties.
More than 5,000 agents of the Traffic Group of the Civil Guard will ensure the safety of citizens who travel by road, help drivers who need it and ensure that safe driving is carried out and in accordance with traffic regulations.
From Sanchez and Morelló we recommend, in these dates of excess, to use public vehicles for the displacements, since, in addition to not drinking if we drive, we can find ourselves face to face with an unconscious driver that does it and this causes an unfortunate accident.
